Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to our website content, branding, and proprietary tools remain the property of Codenix Technology. Upon full payment for a project, the client typically receives ownership of the final deliverables (source code, design files, etc.) unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Codenix Technology retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the project agreement provided to each client. In general:

• A deposit or advance payment may be required before project work begins.
• Payments are processed through Razorpay, UPI, or other mutually agreed payment methods.
• Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the project agreement.
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

Limitation of Liability

Codenix Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Service Availability Disclaimer

While we strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted services, we do not guarantee that our website or services will be available at all times without interruption or error. We reserve the right to suspend or modify services for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons with reasonable notice where practicable.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
